Leading Swedish Insurance Company will Leverage the Combined Ensemble and SmartPath Platform

(Nasdaq: DCLK), the leading provider of marketing tools for marketers, advertising agencies and web publishers, today announced that Folksam, a leading Swedish insurance company, has selected DoubleClicks combined SmartPath and Ensemble platform as its marketing resource management and campaign management solution. Folksam is the first customer of DoubleClick's Enterprise Marketing Solution offering, combining Ensemble and SmartPath to improve both the effectiveness and efficiency of their marketing.Folksam, which was founded in 1908, has more than 60 offices throughout Sweden. Folksam is one of Swedens largest insurance companies, handling more than 18 million insurance contracts, and one of its largest investment managers (SEK115 billion (US$15.2bn) in assets in 2003).
DoubleClicks Enterprise Marketing Solution will provide Folksam with a single platform to plan and manage its marketing activity across all channels, as well as a powerful segmentation engine to optimize its direct marketing and customer relationship initiatives. Folksam will partner with DoubleClick and Intellibis, a consulting firm that specializes in business intelligence, to implement a new customer-centric marketing program. Folksam will be able to determine the optimal interaction strategy for each customer and to deliver event triggered campaigns across all marketing channels, responding to client needs through the preferred and most cost efficient channel. Leveraging this combined solution, Folksam will automate many processes in order to guarantee a better quality and a faster process.
