easyjet in Talks to Acquire Go

Banc Of America Investment easyJet plc has previously indicated that it would actively consider all possible opportunities for further expansion in the European short haul airline market, including the addition of new slots and routes. Since September 11, these opportunities, including corporate transactions, have increased significantly and are under active consideration. In this context easyJet announced negotiations with 3i Group plc and Go regarding the possible acquisition of Go.
