Xynergy Acquires Profitable Wireless Internet & Information Technology Provider Indigo Technology Services

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 10, 2004--Xynergy Corp. (OTC:XYNY) announced its acquisition of Atlanta, Georgia-based Indigo Technology Services, Inc. (Indigo) as of last week.
Indigo is a multidimensional technology company that provides wireless and wired Internet service to the hospitality industry through its premier product, GuestWorx(TM) (see www.guestworx.com). Additionally, Indigo is an information technology (IT) provider whose services include training and supplying IT consultants and programmers; website development, and even the installation of IT infrastructure networks. Currently, Indigo is exploring the possibility of expanding its wireless solution to other hot spots such as malls, restaurants, coffee shops and other such facilities.
