American IDC begins Joint Venture with leading Wi-Fi Network Provider

Bank Of America Investment HOLLYWOOD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 13, 2004--American IDC Corp (ACNI:PK) which holds an exclusive license with ETV Inc., has agreed to a joint venture with RoamZone.us, a leading provider of high-speed wireless roaming services. This will enable AmericanIDC to deliver its classic Hollywood movies over RoamZone's networks to thousands of hot spots around the world, bundled with their existing services.
